PSL is a consultancy that specializes in packaging strategies for global brands. They needed a trustworthy, modern website to clearly showcase their services and make it easy for potential clients to get in touch. I was responsible for redesigning the entire experience, from structure to interaction, focusing on visual clarity, credibility, and responsive design.
↳About
This project was a full redesign of PSL’s website to better align with their positioning as a forward-thinking packaging consultancy. The site needed to effectively communicate their expertise and guide users through their services in a clear and engaging way. The goal was to create a simple, modern, responsive experience that introduces PSL’s offering, builds trust through testimonials, and encourages inquiries via clear calls to action. My focus was on designing a streamlined, professional interface that feels both credible and approachable.

↳Challenges
PSL’s previous website lacked a clear structure and didn’t support user engagement or conversion. The site wasn’t responsive across devices and suffered from inconsistent visual styling, making it feel disjointed and difficult to navigate. Additionally, the absence of micro-interactions and a functional contact form limited user interaction and overall usability.
↳Approach
I approached the redesign with a focus on creating a streamlined one-page experience that guides users through a clear narrative from understanding PSL’s services to reaching out. The new layout introduces distinct content sections that balance visual hierarchy and flow. I implemented strong, consistent call-to-action placements, introduced a client testimonial for added credibility, and designed a simplified, accessible contact form to improve conversions. The entire site was built with mobile responsiveness in mind, ensuring a smooth experience across all devices. To enhance usability and add a layer of polish, I incorporated subtle micro-interactions that make the interface feel more intuitive and engaging.
